The Supreme Court of India's Five judges bench made a historical judgement with the electoral bond scheme and Clearly Said that It is 'Unconstitutional' and Public/doner Should Know the funding about their respected political Parties Electoral Bond

The Supreme Court had directed SBI to submit all the Electoral Bonds purchased details comments on March 6,





Electoral Bonds Duration from April 12, 2019 to till date to the Election Commission. SBI Refuses and made a comments on Supreme Court for the extension of date to till June 30 2024. But supreme court Disagree for the extension of time to SBI and S.C questioning the bank for the action of past 26days. With a clear statement of SC. If SBI can't give details tomorrow within SBI business hours then Strict Action Should Taken.


the Supreme Court has directed the Election Commission of India to compile all the data and publish it by 5 pm on Friday (March 15)2024. This information will be shared on the Election Commission website
